Last mission not credited

The last mission in wc prophecy is not credited. After destroying the worm hole gate the game just jumps to the credits and then returns to windows. If you check your mission history after restarting the game it does not give you credit for flying that mission. Am I doing something wrong?

As far as I know, there's no way to get the last mission to go green in the mission history because the missions are only credited after you land and regain control of your character in the Midway's ready room. Since after the last mission you only see a cutscene and then the ending credits before exiting to windows, that mission is never registered by the game as completed.
