Is there any ACTIVE PGG forum?

New Detroit com link, as well as this forum, seem to be... mostly dead.

After the first major release was completed, development slowed quite a bit, and then Privateer itself was released via GOG.

I'm actually surprised by the number of posts at New Detroit

a) They have a 1st post moderation policy, but neglect to actually do that, effectively blocking entrance to new members.
b) the topics listing hasn't changed for quite awhile, not what I'll call alive and kicking.

I would not quite call New Detroit com link completely dead.
I've been playing and modifying PGG for over 6 months or so now and I do most of my posting on New Detroit com.

I'm hoping the Vega Strike forum and some of the folks there are continuing to try to develop and finish WC Universe (I guess a supper version of Parallel Universe) that I really would like to see.
It's a shame the forum got hosed that had the Parallel Universe and Remake downloads on it.
