How come? all you need to do is copy the folder WC4\ to anywhere you want. MAybe you need to install the game in the other computer and then copy the saves over.
Not only the game has no registry stuff, but it doesn't even copy system stuff to the hd... it runs from the CDs. all you have in the hd are the saves and some media files. very few, though.
