HELP!

Mav, the whole word is one big typo. ;) It was probably what was typed into the lip-sync script.

Those lipsync lines in SM1/2 were highly amusing, though at times rather bizarre. Everybody should read them :).

Thanks guys!

You see, You ask LOAF for something and the damn burger knows it... I get amazed at it every time. But I guess thatis what it means to be a true fanatic. Whether the rest of us should aspire to that or flee is, well a logical question :)

Nut deep down I KNEW it had to be something about marketing games, I just thought it would be for some other ORIGIN title, like Ultima... thanks again :) Now I'll go play SM and laugh.

Well... the characters lips say it all through the package, and all through SM1, I believe... Just look at Shotglass, BLair, Angel, Halcyon during any conversation and instead of reading the text, concentrate om what their lips are saying... They never lip-synced SM1 and SM2, so they put in "standard phrases" that the characters would say, no matter if the text said "Yes Sir" or some percentage babble by Angel.

Yeah, or the one she gives in the Rec Room...

"These figures show that 1.4 missiles are required to destroy the Dralthi while over seven direct laser hits are necessary to destroy the same vessel. I hope this information is useful to you, Lieutenant."

Some people REALLY need to masturbate more often.

Remember that none of the other characters in the WC universe are as good pilots as Blair -- 34% is their survival rate against Jalthi (while flying Raptors:)).

The 'lipsyched' stuff isn't a typo -- that's the line that the computer reads to make the lips fit, so they use words that *sound* like they should rather than are spelled correctly.

I often have the same problem when using SayIt!... you have to type Killwrathee Instead of Kilrathi, for instance...

The subtitles for the first few episodes of WCA are great -- there's like ten spellings of Tolwyn (including "Tallwood" :)). Later they started using the script, which was neat too because it gave names for characters who don't have them stated in the episode...
