Entirely depends on the game in question. If you even want to play the original one with throttle support you'll either need a Gravis Phoenix (no longer manufactured) or some of the top end CH or Thrustmaster sticks like the CH Pro Throttle or the Cougar. If you are only referring to games that natively support a throttle (and thus does not need keystroke emulation) any throttle should work.
