Using a horrible online translator:
Hostis Toruendus:_______Enemy of the state (but it provides no suggestion for the second word But I suggest it might actually be Torvendus from Torvus which means savage)
Primus in Proelium:______ Chief upon Battle (First to fight?)
Impossibile Occisu:______Impossible Murderer (although it was unclear about the first word)
Semper Paratus:________Always Prepared
Subito Illus:____________Suddenly To mock
Volamus ut Vincamus:____No suggestions other than the middle word is when (Possibly Flying when drunk)
Nolumus Signa Olida Habore! :To be unwilling Signal Olida Habore!
Custodire Genus Humanum: Protection Kind Human (Protector of the human race?)
Canes Belli Liberentur:____Canes In time of war Liberentur
Facite Astra Salva:_______The making Star To be well
Fortis in Aeternum:_______Strong upon Eternal
Caedite Primum atque Celeriter: Slaughter At first and Rapidly
Fiat Bellum:_____________Fiat War
Noli Timere:_____________Be unwilling Timere
Ex Tenebris:____________Out of Tenebris
Latentes et Flagrantes:___Secretly and Flagrantes
In Scopo in Tempore:_____Upon Broom upon Transitory
Crepitantes Portis Coeli:___Crepitantes Carry Coeli
Mundate Penitus Caelum:__To clean Inward Sky
Sonate Clamorem Aciei:____Sonate A shout Army
Honor Etiam ad Inimicos Vestros: Official dignity As yet to Personal enemy Your
Vigilentia et Honor:_______Vigilance and Honor
Animosus Usque ad Mortem: Undaunted All the way to Death
Victoria super Omnia:______Victory above all
Vigilentia super Omnia:____Vigilant above all
Fortitudo super Omnia_____Physical strength above all
Honor super Omnia:_______Honor above all
Honor, veritas, et victoria:__Honor, truthfulness , and victory
Caedite Latentes:________Slaughter Secretly
Viduas Facientes:________Deprived The making
In Pyrobolis Sepramus:____Upon Pyrobolis Sepramus

It's a little late for me to sort it all out but the italics indicate places where I changed things like "over, upon" to above

This is mostly from my schoolboy learning, but I checked a couple of dictionaries too. Some are just plain junk, and the Latin is atrocious. Any with a ? after I just can't make head nor tail of, but I've tried to put suggestions where I can. If anyone can correct any please do. :D

1) Hostis Toruendus - Savage Enemy

2) Primus in Proelium - First into Battle

3) Impossibile Occisu - Impossible to Kill

4) Semper Paratus - Always Prepared

5) Subito Illus - Suddenly in that place? (not sure about this one - perhaps it's supposed to mean "Sudden Strike" It could even be Sudden Death badly translated)

6) Volamus ut Vincamus - Came and conquered

7) Nolumus Signa Olida Habore! - We refuse to recognise your stinking home? (no idea here folks!)

8) Custodire Genus Humanum - Guardians of the Human Race

9) Canes Belli Liberentur - Set free the dogs of war (Cry havov and let slip the dogs of war? :))

10) Facite Astra Salva - Making the Stars Safe

11) Fortis in Aeternum - Everlasting Strength

12) Caedite Primum atque Celeriter - First and Quickest to the Slaughter

13) Fiat Bellum - We make War

14) Noli Timere - Never Afraid

15) Ex Tenebris - Out of the Darkness

16) Latentes et Flagrantes - Hidden and on Fire? (I can only think this is supposed to be "hidden flame" or something.

17) In Scopo in Tempore - In Danger in Time?

18) Crepitantes Portis Coeli - Shaking the Gates of Heaven

19) Mundate Penitus Caelum - Ok, this could either mean "Cleaning the Inner Heaven" or "Chasing through the Universe" My guess is on the latter. :D

20) Sonate Clamorem Aciei - Shout the Sounds of Battle

21) Honor Etiam ad Inimicos Vestros - Honour and also to your Enemy (Honour your foe)

22) Vigilentia et Honor - Vigilence and Honour

23) Animosus Usque ad Mortem - Fighting Until Death

24) Victoria super Omnia - Victory above Everything

25) Vigilentia super Omnia - Vigilance above Everything

26) Fortitudo super Omnia - Bravery above Everything

27) Honor super Omnia - Honour above Everything

28) Honor, veritas, et victoria - Honour Truth and Victory

29) Caedite Latentes - Hidden Slaughter

30) Viduas Facientes - The Widow Makers

31) In Pyrobolis Sepramus - Always in the Fire? (I have no idea what Pyrobois means and don't have it in any dictionary. Pyro is the Greek stem for fire, so perhaps this is a made up word?)

As I said above, please correct any that are wrong. I've numbered them in case anyone wants to debate possible meanings. :)

I'll try but it's been five years for me and I don't have my latin books here. :)

1) Hostis Toruendus - Savage Enemy

Not sure at all but isn't a form with the ending "-ndus" a Gerundium or something like that? So I think it should be "Savaging enemy".

terroshak said:
2) Primus in Proelium - First into Battle

Or "First in battle"?

terroshak said:
5) Subito Illus - Suddenly in that place? (not sure about this one - perhaps it's supposed to mean "Sudden Strike" It could even be Sudden Death badly translated)

No idea as well. What the heck does "illus" mean - it's not a form of ille, illa, illud("this one"), is it?

terroshak said:
6) Volamus ut Vincamus - Came and conquered

I think it's "We fly so that we win!". -mus is first person plural and "ut" means "so that" (in some context at least).
It could also be "Let us fly so that we win", 1st person singular is used that way as well. I think the letter one is more correct.

terroshak said:
7) Nolumus Signa Olida Habore! - We refuse to recognise your stinking home? (no idea here folks!)

I have no idea what "olida" or "habore" means. "signa" means "signs" and I think "nolumus" means "We don't want to" "

terroshak said:
8) Custodire Genus Humanum - Guardians of the Human Race

"custodire" just means "to guard", it's the infinitive form of the verb. "To guard the race of the humans" I think.

terroshak said:
10) Facite Astra Salva - Making the Stars Safe

I think "-te" is imperaitive: "Make the stars safe"

terroshak said:
13) Fiat Bellum - We make War

Let there be war! (It's just like "Fiat lux" - Let there be light)

terroshak said:
14) Noli Timere - Never Afraid

You must not fear!

terroshak said:
19) Mundate Penitus Caelum - Ok, this could either mean "Cleaning the Inner Heaven" or "Chasing through the Universe" My guess is on the latter. :D

"penitus" means "deeply" or "totally", caelum is "the heaven". Mundate is some imperative but I do not know what it means.

21) Honor Etiam ad Inimicos Vestros - Honour and also to your Enemy (Honour your foe)

Honor also to your foes.

That's the ones where I think I could add something - it does not mean I agree with the rest but I have nothing better to offer. And of course there's no guarantee my suggestions are correct.
I liked latin very much, it's a shame I already forgot so much. :(
Good luck!

Now that's a nice topic. Pity I don't have much time right now. But you seem to have gotten most of them already (more or less), only one of the entries catches my eye:

31) In Pyrobolis Sepramus - Always in the Fire? (I have no idea what Pyrobois means and don't have it in any dictionary. Pyro is the Greek stem for fire, so perhaps this is a made up word?)

"Pyrobolus" is not a classical word, it seems to be a recent creation. The meaning for it is "bomb".

"Sepramus" is no word I recognize at all. Could it be "Speramus"? Then the whole motto would make sense:

"In Bombs we trust"

...quite fitting for a Thunderbolt sqad. :D
