New Caledonia is a system and holds two refineries, Edinburg and Glassgow, I chose to do Glassgow. There's a really good university there for Mass Comms Production, BTB.

The Perry System's refinery is Anapolis.

Your list contains 13 Bases. If you consider that there are only 59 ACTIVE bases in my listing, that's close to 25%. The list Should give you some fairly stable numbers from which to work.

I only know of 4 pirate bases and there are 2 on the list. That should give you really stable numbers on the prices and quantities of the contraband.
