Ripper Peace Through Superior Firepower Jul 12, 2003 #7 NOT! Ol' Nick Cage played a guy named Raines (sp?). In the original, the guy's name was Pace. And the original Eleanor was a 1973 Mustang Mach 1. She also got top billing in the movie.
