EA's iOS & Android Games on Sale (April 22, 2011)

EA Mobile is holding a "Sweet Deals" sale for Easter weekend. Many games are $0.99 in the Apple App Store, and a handful of Android games are $1.99 as well. Some of these normally $5-10, so it's a pretty big markdown. Check out the full list of discounted titles here.

I finally picked up Risk (ipad) for a dollar. Dead Space is tempting, but I don't see myself playing it.

Dead Space is *very* impressive looking--a great way to show off the iPad to gamers.

I also picked up Risk.

I wish the iOS Tomb Raider would go on sale sometime...

I grabbed Dead Space. It's quite amazing, really.

Edit: And I'm not a Dead Space fan. Never liked it at all, yet I find DS on iOS interesting and fun.

I was pretty bland on (regular) Dead Space until I finally sat down and forced my way through the first game... and now I'm a big fan.

(The only thing that hurts is that Dead Space's amazing elaborate media tie-in system with the animated movies and books and comics and so on was originally proposed for a game called Wing Commander Mercenaries )

I'm a wimp - I found the *demo* for Dead Space (on Xbox360) a bit too scary, and the reviews of it said the same, so I skipped it.
