dxr3 card with pc-dvd problems

I got this card to run WC4 dvd, but am having problems. When I play the game I can hear sound in the movies but I see nothing. Does any one have any idea on how to fix this?
 
well, have you used the pass-through cable to connect your video card to your dxr, and then connect your monitor to the video out on the dxr? if not, there's your problem.
 
I don't have a DXR, but a pass-through works like this: You should have gotten a short VGA cable with the DXR. That one should be plugged into you graphic card and from there to the dxr. Then plug your Monitor into the other connector of the DXR, not into your graphics card.
