Deneb, Antares Sectors

In WC1, the Deneb sector is mentioned on the losing track. Both the Deneb and Antares sectors are areas of substantial combat in WC1 and WC2. Why is it that the two sectors are reduced to quadrants in the universe map from prophecy? What was origin's motive for shrinking these two sectors

Seriously, though, he had to fit Deneb and Antares both on the front lines of the map... and there was only so much space.

It makes some sense -- we've seen the term 'X Sector' with multiple systems to describe the same sector (for instance, Academy calls the Enigma Sector the Gwynedd Sector... the Kilrathi Saga manual refers to it as the K'Tithrak Mang Sector). Heck, system and sector get used interchangeably in WC3 literature a *bunch*.

Nah.. I just did things for no good reason at all.. in a sort of willy-nilly, non-sensical, its just a bunch of hooey kind of way..

Trying to consolidate WC universe fiction into the one "true" map was alot like herding cats...

Hey Johnny, I got a question for you (which we just brought up in another thread)

Did you purposelly leave the Tri-System from Privateer 2 off the map? And where do *you* think it would be?
