your Opinions.....

Around 2669 Terran Confederation developed new more advanced countermesoures...Soon Kilrathi stole that technology.

In WC3 all the ships in the front lines (I suppose) have these new countermesoures...

Just want to know... Later.... About 2670-2680 , all Terran/Kilrathi ships have this new Tech ??

We see decoys used around the same time as the original Wing Commander, though.

Yes....Thats True... Ships had a few chaffs back then ....1 or 2 or 3....
BUT
Im talking about the Advanced decoys used in 2669

Pretty much so. During WC3 and whenever you see a Kilrathi in WC4 they are using more advanced forms of missile decoys. I'm not sure about WCP Kilrathi ships. I guess I never really paided attention to it.

They have the same decoys as Confed, IIRC. Guess the T'agg A'Bren clan is well equipped, even if their ships and weapons are a bit more out of date.

I have to say that I don't ever remember seeing that cool "starburst chaff" decoy thing coming form any of the pirates in Prophecy. It's been awhile though.

Expendable items are usually a little easier to get your hands on, particularly purely defensive ones. For all we know, Confed might have legalized the sale of purely defensive armamants to and/or among the Kilrathi. With the number of Kilrathi pirates that appear to be around, there's certainly a strong argument for allowing civilian ships to carry the countermeasures.
