Well, I wonder if collisions in Privateer, where you almost always stay in shape, and where your enemy almost always blows up, is any better...Originally posted by Eder
(...) I think that the stupidity of those enemies was made even more evident by the fact that collisions in P2 seem to barely affect shields, unlike the rest of the WC games in which collisions are really something to worry about... In P2, people just kept bouncing off each other, and by the time they were bounced back to their original targets (by some other ship which was just passing by), their shields were already back up so they could just repeat the whole process... :-p
How can you judge how a Kilrathi would handle a Manta when there aren't any captured Nephilim ships?Originally posted by Bob McDob
I don't think the problem with the Nephilim was their ships. I think it was because their pilots were crap. (Though put a Kilrathi in a Manta and the difference really isn't that noticable)

Who cares, the Nephilim suck both ways

Maybe you're right, SL dificulty was more about beating the clock in most of the missions. I hated that.
