I love that quote too. But wasn't it "I don't believe we've been properly introduced: I'm Maestro, you're dead?"

Incidentally, what exactly WAS so funny in Secret Ops about "We're gonna miss you, bug!"?
 
the only privateer I have is Privateer Gold, which came already with full speech and RF. Is there anywhere I can hear the other one? I thought the guy who did the voice in the one I have did a good job and gave Grayson a bit more character.
 
No, I'm definitely right on that one, ourchair, I just beat prophecy in one day on Friday, ok? So it'll stick in my head ^^. And I don't think "We're gonna miss you, bug!?" is funny at all..

It's probably impossible now--you'd have to have the disk version, and I'm sure our moderators would not appreciate any discussion of piracy options. ;)

If you never heard it then it'd be easy to like Burrough's voice in Gold; if you had heard it you'd agree that he sounds wimpier in comparison.

Eh, it doesn't take piracy to listen to a few .voc files :p. In fact, I think you can download the voices from the Priv intro from Wedge's page, though I'm not sure if that's the CD or floppy version. Alternatively, you can ask someone with the floppy version to extract the intro voices and send them.

Yeah, I've heard something like that too...it's just so rare that he ever knocks out a capship component. Maybe he's usually in an escort role; I never really paid attention.
 
Found it. Bullet says that - a generic Diamondback pilot, which probably explains why I don't remember hearing it before.
