Combining WC PSX discs ?

Hey guys, I've been a WC fan for years, and I recently made .img files of my WC3 and WC4 PlayStation discs on my computer to ensure I don't lose them to scratches etc. And I also know how to run PSX emulators on my computer to play these files, but since I have 4 files for each game, since both games have 4 discs, I was wondering if anyone knew how to combine these files into one, so the game will continue without changing discs.
