It's an actual crowd funded Space Telescope. Their Kickstarter campaign ends in an hour, and they need just a bit more to hit another stretch goal. They're doing a livestream here:

Cool, looks like they made the $1.5 million stretch goal with just a few seconds to spare. I put in $65 after Richard Garriott promoted it.
