Like me there are a lot of cadets who don't know swat about WC, but whant to learn.

Can't there be a acadamy funded for this?

well, you have the game Wing Commander Academy. But the only way to know stuff about wing commander is to play every game, read trough the manuals (claw marks, victory streak, icis) that are delivered with the game. And of coure keep up with the cic.
 
Or if you want to be like Earthworm, Quarto, and LOAF :), you'll need to search the world for novels, cards, and whatever nick nacks that happens to be associated with WC.
 
well, a WCA II could be of some use to us all, since that I could "finally" prove that the Dragon can beat the living s**t out of a Vampire.
A guide tour of the Victory sould be also be incluided in that game, there are still a lot of holes in the Timeline...

Would you please stop that? That's really getting irritating. We all have our own personal preferences, and these repetitive claims of what's the best this and that are downright annoying.
 
Hey, that was a simple way that that hipotetic game sould let us see how a Dragon vs Vampire would look like, as the diference of attacking a Cap Ship with a T-Bolt or a Shrike, seeing the way the new ships on WC P are diferent that the old ones, they sould put the old ships from WC 4 and see the way the are now used.
What would work best, the war time Hellcat/Longbow or the new Phanter/Devastator combo.
That kind of stuff....
There are new tatics that are now used in WC P, the way the old ships could handle in the new type of warfare.
To really see the diferences.
 
Fighters

Wouldn't the pilot be a big factor in choosing the best fighter.

And we don't have enough space to store 40 megs, 4 comes first.

But at home you might try it, but you need DrivX. An then it needs to work 'cos it won't with me.
 
Yo guys, I went to the Real site and they are now going to charge me money to download RealPlayer WHat is up with that. and BTW is there any other program that Real Media files can be played on besides Realplayer?
 
They are not going to charge you, you can get Realplayer BASIC which is free, the others are the one's that you have to pay for.
 
But you have to find RP Basic, couldn't find it. But somewhere small on the bottom the link is there.
