What is bad for your health, being made fun off for not using punctuation? It's not like dislexia is some kind of major handicap. You should be able to use commas and stops.

I am not sad! Sorry I had a bad day yesterday I did not mean to do that My Pc broke and so did my other laptop that I used for Wc games. So sorry
