Yes, I configured the sound by running install and I check all the files in the privater dir. But it still hangs.

Ok. I add the J200 and a mouse driver. But still the problem is that when I run the program the computer hangs with the cursor flashing beneath the C:\PRIVATER\priv that I entered to run the game.

I know how to edit my autoexec.bat and config.sys files. I just reinstalled 98. I used the boot disk and ended up with 619k of conventional memory. My problem now is that when I type in priv to run Privateer, the computer locks up. Do I need to run a program like MoSlo to get it to work?
