Sorry to come up with the same problem, but taking a look at the last thread (Unable to load FX drivers) did me absolutely no good. There wasn't really any resolution to the problem posted. When I try to run wc2.exe in DOS (I run Win98, but I restart to DOS), it says Unable to load FX drivers...
