Actually it seems that the sfx don't work if too many of my firewire\usb ports are being used. Plugged in my isight and the sfx didn't work. Unplugged it and they worked again.

mac sfx wierd. Just put on my headphones and the sfx are suddenly working. Along with voices, explosions, guns, etc.! Guess my soundsticks weren't able to pick it up. Usb connection? Thoughts? Solutions? g

A few more notes: Miss the exploding the console action when your ship is getting fragged. The mouse interface is great! Had my first freeze up. Had to shut down the computer. The mouse cursor was still active and the music still played. But the picture was frosen. Still no luck...
