I d'no. The two Broadsword displays look more like each other than the Stilletto and Morningstar do. All the bits on one display are there on the other, but that's not the case for the first two. Except for the blue stuff.

I doubt it. Other than resemblance, they're completely seperate fighters. One's an advanced, prototype capship killer, the other's a light fighter.

Or you could just dodge your arse off, and fly right into the thick of it. Yes, it can be done :) It helps to give your wingmen specific targets rather than merely tell them to break formation. It also really helps to be playing the game with sound, and change your movement vector every time...

Most important of all: saying "it won't work" is not helpful. Telling us what the error message was is helpful :)

Well... I don't know about Win 98, but WC2 runs almost perfectly under XP with VDMSound. I know that doesn't directly help you, but I'd try running it under VDMSound anyway. What's happened so far when you've tried to play it?
