I know radar was a secret weapon developed by English and US scientists during the begining of WW2, and that Germany did not have it during the Battle of Britain although they could have definately developed it later on in the war...

I agree with you about the lack of US training for night fighting, however I don't believe that the Japanese (or any of the Axis powers)had radar during WW2.

Ahhhh, yes. Although I appreciated the damage repair systems in Privateer, I always hated shelling out hard earned credits for repairs.

Well, maybe that was an exaggeration, really damaged comms anyway. I never got to the point where I couldn't land, sometimes it would just take a couple of minutes...

I'd have to say I like the WC/WC2 way of damage, it was always gratifying to limp home after a nasty scrape with no comms, no radar, on half engine power with the eject warning blaring to high hell... Hey, I never said I was a skilled pilot :)

One of the worst actors was Casper Van Dien in WC4, also a notable mention to Casey when he spits out his shot of BoomBoom before it's in his mouth...

On a related note, Clive Owen is in Febuary's issue of GQ but Priv2 isn't listed among his credits as an actor (go figure).

Sorry, yeah if you just highlight all the files you want to decompress WCP Audio Tool will do them as a batch (but I would be careful of trying to decompress 4 or 5 TRE's worth of audio all at once, it locked my computer up)...

yeah, that was part of the point of the Midway too save money (it's ironic you need to spend to save) I used Treman 1.0 and option number 2 is to extract all files from the TRE...

That sounds pretty reasonable being that there were no immediate (big) threats to Confed. Usually during peace time there are military cutbacks, and skunk works generally being expensive would probably have been hit hard.
