    Last Line of Defence

I have my standard default blue for the stripes/details. Deathsnake has to go and desaturate (remove the color) from the blue areas before it can be painted up with wc2 theme. I'm just skipping this step and giving them a clean slate to work with.

    Last Line of Defence

I left it blank so the guy doing the colorful paint job has an easier job to do. Besides any painting I would do would get erased.

Wake Up To A Cool Carrier Render (September 18, 2013)

Oh wow!, never thought of doing a carrier like that. Ohhhh I know EXACTLY what ship I can use that idea with

Weird, I named the seagull after the prophecy seahawk quite a few years ago (the old venture/swacs model). As I updated the seagull, I thought it would be good to have two different variants using the same basic hull design. "Seahawk" just seemed to fit the more combat role, a more predator...

A few personally liberties, it's definitely a two-seater now (most bombers should be anyways), one of the mass drivers was dropped.

Ya two for the particle guns, 2 for the mass drivers... that leaves just one. If this was a kilrathi ship, then an asymmetric odd number gun mounts would make sense, but its not. Really weird. Edit: look at some of the gameplay on youtube. First it has 2 particles 3 mass drivers and ...

I have a question about the Shrike's gun mounts. The database says it has 2 particle, 3 mass drivers and a stormfire mk2. First didn't it have charging mass drivers? Not that it's really that important for me. The big question is... where the heck do the three mass drivers go? The wingtips have...

Finally got around to finish another one The Seagull and Seahawk. Both use a very old model of the Venture as a bases template. Seagull is an SWACS variant with less turrets while the Seahawk is an anti-fighter platform (3 stormfires, 2 lasers, 1 missile) Next up: a broadsword for Deathsnake...

Roland MT-32 Emulation Still Beating (May 10, 2013)

Use bassmidi and set the midi synth to munt. That way you can use windows media player to play the midi directly through munt. Unforunately windows 8 took this feature away, you have to play the midi directly through munt. :-(

    1/72 Arrow

How about doing vacuforming? It's a lot cheaper than injection molding.

The Bolt (ala Arrow Mk VII) There's some pieces of the Mk V (wc3/4) arrow along side with a couple from Arena, plus some personal liberties. The intakes were the most frustating on where exactly to put them

The Saratoga, a standard carrier (perhaps about the equivalent of the WC4 Concordia class). About as long as Saga's Lexington class. There's a few things that need to be fixed, but since I'm in the middle of a new computer build, it'll have to wait a day or so...

Generally I aim for a certain group (light fighter, medium, heavy, assault/siege bomber, interceptor, frigate, destroyer, corvette, cruiser, carrier... etc) This determines how big the ship is, how many weapons it carries, number of turrets and number of pilots (for fighters/bombers). Basically...
