I'd have to agree with you there. I didn't find the movie so bad, I actually fail to see the problem. Cheers, Red Coat

WC's best fighter and bomber of all time

In the Wing Commander games, the Rapier shows us this. But on topic, my opinion of the best vessels from various games: WC1 - Raptor WC2 - Ferret WC3 - Excalibur WC4 - Dragon WCP - Vampire Overall, the Dragon. Cheers, Red Coat

Star Wars thread of great justice!

Shadows of the Empire was good, and the Rogue Squadron books were also quite good as well. Surpisingly, those are really the only Star Wars books I ever read. Cheers,

    WC4 Jane's spacecraft...

Thats true. Again, you're right, why would you need to have too much background behind the ships? Maybe, for a bit of fun, give examples of a couple of incidents where they performed well, such as a battle or engagement, but no need to go deep into development history or whatever. With the...

    WC4 Jane's spacecraft...

At the same time, its a bit tricky trying to write some backstory, because then there is potential to be blasted for creating what someone sees as the wrong story behind the ship. :P Cheers, Red Coat

    Flight Sim Help

I can't get Lock On Gold, I'm currently living in Australia after coming over from the UK (Father got a job that was better paying here, so we'll be here for a few years, or at least my parents will be. I'll be going back sooner) but the range of those more advanced flight simulators is somewhat...

    Fighter wing designations

Haha, I can't believe I didn't remember that! Considering a large portion of the older people in my family fought for the British in the Second World War! :P Its amazing that back then, obviously the quality of whatever the Germans produced was fairly shoddy, yet these days its top notch...

    WC4 Jane's spacecraft...

Yeah, I had a look at them. Obviously your comment confirms that they're accurate then. :P If only we had elaborate histories for all of them, they would be excellent to include! Cheers, Red Coat

Star Trek, and lesser SF franchises (was "Movies to see")

Quick question: Why? Whats on British TV these days? Its been a while since I was home, so I'm not sure whats going on. Interestingly, the best shows on here in Australia are British! Australian entertainment otherwise is quite poor! Cheers, Red Coat
