Holy Necro thread batman. Finally got some time to play this; wow, blown away! playing it on max settings on my 2 year old PC and its butter smooth and visually great! really digging it.

is it just me or does the "speed and flow" of combat in WC2 just seem faster and more frenetic?

I am using a Thrustmaster T.16000M USB wired joystick. Its not consistent for me, so i doubt its related to the loadfix?

I get the occasional lockup in Privateer, and the occasional lockup in Wing2 as well, so you are not alone. I can't tell if its the game itself or a limitation of dosbox; its infrequent enough to allow steady progress, but still be an annoyance.

OK, I had a quick trial run for you, now that I am playing P2 and P1 in parallel lol. No issues with using the jump gates with a transport in tow, it didn't cost any extra, still a 200cr toll, and the transport (Llia MkII) came through with me fine
