I think I might've also had a problem with the mission being duplicated in my mission computer, resulting in double-spawning enemies (and overlapped comm chatter).

I ran into a similar problem, and had to cancel the mission and go fundraising. I also had a problem that when Stilletos would attack me I couldn't beat them in the Tarsus b/c I couldn't damage them fast enough before they flew out of range. I was never in danger of dying, but I wasn't in a...
