Wing Commander IV mission help!!

In WIng Commander IV, how do I capture a Black Lance transport in the Circe system. The vice-admiral says to disable the transport. Even with collisions off and invulneribility on I still cant seem to get all the turrets! Something keeps firing at me and I have to destroy it. Any help would be appreciated.
 
You need to use your Leech guns hit "H" to switch to alternate guns. Then fire at it until it is fully leeched. You should be all set after that.
