That's what I mean - even though Hobbes is 'only' a bridge commander, he still has Kilrathi fighting instincts, which counts against Dekker's marine training.
 
Best example would be the Kilrathi on the ComShip in the WCM. I don't believe the ones that attacked Blair are all troops, they were more likely bridge officers.
 
I still the say the final result is not one which can be made for certain. Hobbes wasn't always a bridge officer, he was also a pilot, and he was also a rebel. The movie Kilrathi were wusses next to him, IMHO. :)
 
But Dekker is a marine who's specifically trained to be able to kill Kilrathi marines in hand to hand combat... Hobbes is a Kilrathi who is *not* as trained or experienced in hand to hand combat as a marine... do the math <G>
 
Though I expect that Kilrathi have a strong natural instinct for that, yeah, I bet LOAF is prolly right. What need would Hobbes have had for, say, knowledge of weak spots in the human anatomy? Dekker likely know's all the Kilrathi weak spots and recites them in his sleep.

And yes, the theme thing from the Powerpuff girls shows that they were created fully clothed. The professor mixed a few things together, there was an explosion, and there they were.

I think Dekker could probably take out Hobbes (Sorry Hobbes!), but if Terran-marines were going against Kilrathi soldiers in hand-to-hand, that'd be a bit harder for the Terrans to win. Still, Dekker WAS trained to take down Kilrathi specifically (and like you all said, the claws on the Kilrathi kinda make looking for human weak-spots unnecessary).
 
About the Hobbes/Dekker thing, let's take it as it would be in an actual battle situation.

Dekker would board the Kilrathi ship in full out Marine Battle Armor. Hobbes would be wearing the normal garb of a bridge officer. Hand to Hand, I don't think the Kat's claws would do much to the armor. Dekker's hands, on the other hand, would be lethal to the Kilrathi uniform. Therefore, Dekker wins.
 
We do know of a few other Confed super weapons lying around. They have the Omega Dreadnoughts which were built on the far side of the confederation and would have been finished 18 months after the end of Fleet Action, which is after the war, whatever happended to them? who knows. I personally think that they were scrapped but the basic idea was used as the basis of the Hades project.
 
I doubt it -- the hulls were completed, it'd be rediculous to scrap them while producing new ships like Vesuvius and Midway.
 
Cruel kids use to cut the wiskers off of cats. Cats need em to keep their balance and to tell them if they're big enough to fit in spaces and what not...

The Darksabre was built by Bevel Lemelisk, one of the designers of the Death Star's main weapon, the superlaser. It was only built to accomodate the superlaser cannon, making it just a big cannon, significantly smaller than the Death Star. Unfortunately, Lemelisk designed it for a Hutt, who was quite stingy about the project...most of the equipment was ill-suited to the purpose, the hull was substandard, and the workers were easily distracted...so there was improper hull construction...

It was destroyed by asteriods while trying to escape a New Republic fleet.
 
There's alot of superweapons in Star Wars...too many if you ask me. Death Star, Darksaber, Sun Crusher, The Tarkin (may have been one of the three, not really sure. They found it long after the Death Star and Moff Tarkin were gone)

One was cool. Two is pushing it. Three's a crowd. Anything afterthat is overkill.
 
I think that the Sun Crusher (Adm Naala), It´s a superweapon like the Behemoth,Darksabre,and Death Star
