Here's a weird one: Eclypsed caught a few pictures of a fan with a homemade Wing Commander IV shirt while attending the 2006 Penny Arcade eXpo. This must be some kind of internet forum joke that we haven't seen before -- but it's a neat shirt, regardless. The Acronym Finder says FTGF means "Fight the Good Fight" -- appropriate! PAX is a major gaming convention set up by the creatores of the Penny Arcade internet comic. Some of our staff attended back in 2004!

It's a quote of Vagabond's before he dies in WC4.

Whoops. The quote WAS from WC4, but it isn't from Vagabond's death scene.

It's what he says to Blair if he decides to defect with Eison.
 
Who cares? poorly made shirt with an ugly design.

I would rather have one like a golf shirt, with just a small black lance logo on the breast. So those that would know, would know, and those that wouldnt, would pay no mind.

How many Wing Commander shirts have you made? I think it's great when people take the time to make physical Wing Commander arts and crafts. It's obviously not supposed to be a serious design, but it's a good picture and shows great appreciation for the series.
 
I could have sworn it was in the Hobbes explaination vid or when you meet him in combat.

I do remember it during WC4 though too...probably just losing my mind
