Hello, it is me or when Frosty pisses of Maniac and Zero show him the barrack, he had a 2 LT. badge, and when is with Zero and Dallas in the Briefing Room (before Blair appears) he had a 1 LT badge.
 
Nope, you're right -- this is because the sequences with Mark Hamill were all filmed at once, towards the end of the shoot... they just forgot to switch Casey's badge back for that scene.
 
Devestators were used in the attack against the wormhole gate.

THe Devestator appears in the last mission because the CGI had to be rendered before the missions themselves were finalized -- the artist didn't know which ship would be used in the final mission, and since he was the man who'd designed the Devestator, he gave it a beauty shot.

Well, at least Hamill wasn't in it much? Why the f*ck did he turn fleet for crissakes? Stupid. He's a goddamned pilot, imagine the rank reduction! He'd be a freaking Fleet Lieutenant Commander...::grumbles::

There... was no rank reduction... Blair went from being a Space Forces Brigadier General (O7) to being a Space Navy Commodore (O7).
 
He became a General? At the end of WC4, Paladin said "Not a general or a senator..."

I'm going by the games, I forgot about what happens at the end of WC4's novel besides Maniac getting his own wing on a light carrier.

I dunno, I guess in the WCP timeline, changes in office of service don't matter.

He was promoted to General at the end of the novel...

O7 is the rank's grade -- the 7th officer rank. By comparing grades between the different services, you can figure out who outranks whom... (they're shown in the Victory Streak ranks chart).

Never judge a book by someone elses opinion, usually you get "biased" opinions! Prophecy can be found on ebay cheap! And it isnt as bad as many say it is. In comparison to WCIII or IV, maybe some elements could have also been in WCP, but in itself, is a great game.

I think Blair's "washed out" look was perhaps in part a bit of depression.... Blair knew he was getting on a bit (he said it all the time in Prophecy) and he still wished he was out there making a difference like the good ol'days. he was jealous of casey, who wouldnt be? being the young hot-shot is enough to make anyone happy, right?

To make all this worse, the bugs captured him and put him through some intense psychological torture which, in my opinion, would have been worse than any kind of phyisical torture. he was probably in hell on the inside and despite all this he still volunteered to shut down the last gate to finish off the bugs.... perhaps he knew he probably wouldnt return? it would end his pain. despite this, i think he would have volunteered regardless... he is just that type of guy :). either way, i thought Mark Hamill once again did a great job as Blair and the scenes with Blair are my favourite in the game.

I agree. Mark Hamill was the best Blair there could ever be... ;)
(if you translate this sentence into French, it comes out "Mark Hamill was the best dope there could ever be"... as that's what "blair" means... ;) )
 
Except Blair is a proper noun, and you don't usually translate proper nouns.
