For reasons I'm not going to go into, the menu hyperlinks are not relative: they all link to www.wcnews.com . If you don't mind changing the URL manually each time you click one, there's no real downside to using vega. It's odd that it works, though, because it's the same IP address.

www.wcnews.com is probably blocked if 'www.wcnews' is in the url, so 'vega.wcnews' isn't picked up.
