WC4 and WC3 problem

Hi!

I'm new here on this boards but i have been CIC for a LOOOOOOOONG time. I am replaying both WC3 and WC4 at same time and i don't remeber a thing. So i'm on CD5 in WC4 in the mission where you have to disable but not destroy a ship. I have tryed to destroy all canons 5 times but ... should i wait a little longer or what? And now WC3: I am on CD2 on one of those transport escort missions. I have shoted all my enemies but those transport ships do not jump. They just go and go and go. I know that beacouse i have left the game and go ate lunch and came back but transport ships and still going and going. I also tryed manual drving to Victory but they denied my clerance. So does anybody have any idea what should i do?

WC4 - You need to shoot out all three engines (in the back), and then damage the ship 50% or more. Knock out the engines, then start shooting at the hull until it becomes disabled.

WC3 - I'm not sure which mission this is... try flying really close to the transports? That should either clear them to autopilot with you *or* make them explode (there's one mission with two boobytrapped transports).

if it's a concordia carrier - do as LOAF Said, but this misson is on Disc 4
(i finished replaying game few weeks ago, so I remeber it quite well)

If it's (what i think) the Black Lance transport (Wilford tells you to disable it during the mission via comm) just switch to your Leech guns (press H, then g until uou see "Leech" on your gun selection) and fire on it untill it's dot on radar becomes gray

His description seems more like he's trying to disable the Princeton, which the first few times I played it I couldn't figure out the 50% damage part. I took out all the turrets and engines but still the damn thing sat there.
 
WCIV. You sure he isn't talking about the black lance cap ship? you have to press H to switch to your leech gun and leech it
