LOAF refers to Ghost's sentence as a quote, therefore it belongs to his speech. When you're making a presentation in front of an audience, and you quote a passage from a book, you didn't write the passage, but you're saying (reading) it... those words are coming out from your mouth...

IMO therefore, what LOAF said (including the quote from Ghost) eligible for the TBOL...
