I'd honestly do this myself but I don't have a copy of WC:KS. One of the many talented artists on this board should maybe make new versions of the WC1 and WC2 (End Run Novel) covers? I'd really love to see that!

Why would you need KS? And why did you write "WC2 (End Run Novel)"? It looks like you think they're the same thing. And what would someone need with such things... what's wrong with the covers they already have?
 
There's a difference between seeing the art and then seeing that art translated to in game engines. :)
 
Freedom Flight and End Run covers are slightly altered images on the covers of WC1 and 2 respectively.

Call me stupid but... I really do not get what you're asking here... :confused:
 
::ahem:: Ok, lets see if I can make this clearer. I think we should make newer versions of the Freedom Flight and the End Run covers. We have a whole slew of people who are good with photoshop...they could add things like lens flares and make it look more realistic...Or at least cooler... :)
 
Oh okay... you want the keep the arrangement of starships in the covers, and just add a few flares here and there to make it look "cooler"...

Why would you want to do that? :)
The idea isn't to make "new" covers, it is to adapt the space situation of the covers to a numeric image... so perhaps you can use it as wallpaper... That's what you really want LeHah, am I wrong? ;)
 
Thats a good part of it. But Id like to see the pictures done digitally instead of the paintings we see. Same exact picture, add a few realistic exposions, spruce it up a bit, add a lens flare, and tehre ya go! :D

LeHah might be a rambling fool ;), but he did not make 0% sense...

In a general way, any new adaptations in 3D or numeric images (with or without lense flares :-) ) of WC novel covers are welcome... :cool:
 
MP apparently understands. I apparently don't speak giberish after that full 1/2 keg fell on my head today (true story).
