I'm just wondering if anyone can still get into www.wcnews.com? I haven't been able to get into it all morning, but neither can I get into a few other external sites. I'm wondering if there's something wrong with CIC or is it my uni blocking access.

It's a problem near you. It may not be because it's being blocked, a site between the CIC and you may be down.

Hmm, I wonder if it has to do with anything with Telstra stuffing up the main cable connection along the NSW coast. But that was a few days ago.
 
Aww, now I'm at home I can see the CIC front page... only to find LOAF's already put up the Talon solutions. And I knew them too! Say, what's this Gold Star, anyway?
 
You know, I would have gotten that gold star... but I didn't have the guts to send in a wrong answer... I have a serious phobia of being wrong... I used to play the Trivia back in Game 1, but after two weeks I quit because, what if I got a wrong answer?

you must understand from this that I spend three weeks detached from realty studying for a test :)
 
For exams... heh. You don't want to know... Suffice to say I lost 20 lbs once.

I'm a chronic overachiever, since I take everything seriously... I wrote a paper in school on physics, ended up being 150+ pages... I just had to write more and more. That is why I made captain after three days here... I am fanatic about everything I do...
