Can you please put the format of the episode downloads back like you had them? I cannot unzip the download for some reason.
Please change it back.

First of all, the unzipping is working just fine for me. You might want to go to winzip.com and get their latest version if you haven't already.

Secondly, it can't change from a zip because if I did that, it wouldn't download for you, it'd try to play it automatically. And yes, you can get it out of your cache from there, but how many hundreds of the others aren't intelligent enough to do that?

Third, yours was probably just a corrupted download, and since you'd have to go through all of it again anyway (not that you didn't get it pretty qucikly), just re-download it. If enough people do have a problem, I'll look for another format to put it in, tho.

And last, don't post to the CZ, I almost never check here. Send me an email, my addy is all over the CIC.

The Cache is the simplest way to steal anything on the net. If you can view it, you can steal it.

Ehh, not necessarily... the old pnp server Real stuff was a pain in the ass to 'steal'.
 
A friend of mine showed me a way to steal it a while back.

Quick question for you peoples, even if it is off subject: Anyone have the theatrical trailer for Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
 
Download the short file. Shift and right click, open it in Text file format. It gives you.... Tadaa, the file link. You have to make a makeshift quick html file to throw it in and make a link or it to download, but at least you have it.
 
The only problem with that it it doesn't work for servers that use Real's own proprietary protocol over UDP. But I'm sure someone has hacked that. Although it would be quite a challenge to write a program that downloads a file over UDP, as you'd need to do all the connection control and reliability checks that TCP does for you normally.
But somebody must've done it. :rolleyes:
And you can always use a desktop recorder! :D

But you can't do that with a pnm server.
 
Then apparently, I'll have to come across a pnm server and try some new stuff, won't I?
