Topless character?

What's the scene with the (implied) topless girl in it? No really. All you see is head and bare shoulder but its implied. Did I imagine this? I only ever saw this once. Was it a glitch? Easter egg? This would be in either WC1 or WC2. I was 13 when it came out so maybe it was wishful thinking? Is there a way to poke around in the game data and see the animation sprites to confirm existence of said girl rather than replay the whole thing?

Thanks. I knew I wasn't crazy. I wonder if certain conditions cause this "glitch." Maybe its really an egg? Like you get a certain kill score or something and you get a reward?
