T'lan Meth: Perimeter Sweep

Greetings!

Every time I play the "T'lan Meth 418.0: Perimeter Sweep" mission in WCP, I only manage to get about 66% mission efficiency. You start with the goal to patrol all nav points in order (Maestro:"Ah, nothing like a nice quiet patrol.") but when you reach nav1 Anderson tells you to defend a Swacs at nav something. You mission goal is changed and I head immediately to the Swacs. I defend it successfully and bring it back to the Midway. When I land on the the Midway, bam: 66%. If I return to patrol the other nav points in order (there are bugs present) and then return to the Midway, bam: still 66% (or less if I have taken damage battling the bugs).
I have 75%+ gun accuracy, 100% missile accuracy and no damage is taken. the only mission goal, the primary one, is successful, still nothing better than 66%.

Can anybody help?

Can't be helped, you're original objectives were scrubbed, so your final score reflects that. You should be graded on on the final obectives, but that's not what happens. Anyway, why do you want 90%, anyway? It's not like you get a free bottle of Boom Boom for your troubles...

Yeah, I never got more than 67% on that mission either. It really sucks down your average mission score.

And Casey wouldn't want Boom Boom, anyway.
 
Remember that you didn't get a score when Hawk wanted to kill the cats...

Si i guess it's not a bug and that it was mented to go like this

That's different, it was part of the storyline, and I don't think it contributed to the average score.
 
Well the main thing I remember.......

The main reason for the crappy mission rating is because the "Flight Recorder" was turned off by Hawk. Since the recorder was off, the mission deatails were not recorded, hence the crappy rating.

But run thru the mission again sometime and listen to Hawk, he tells you that he disabled the "Flight Recorders" so no one would know if you "attacked" the Cats.


Still waiting for a true multi-player Wing Commander Game :-)
 
I know Hawk disabled the flight recorders, I just don't think that mission contributed to the overall score.
 
*LOL* It's always the same...typical male chat. It's just like if I'd say I'd like to make 'boomboom' (stupid expression for wanting to go to bed with somebody...if some body would tell me that this way I'd say: Take a gun and make yourself boomboom...) with Casey or Maestro. What would you think of mine? So I don't say it (what reason should I have). And then arguing about the taste with which person...and that in the chat! Why don't we open a new thread: Which actor/actrice would you like to go to bed with!? It would be the thread with the shortest life in history here! And this is completely right! Or why not sending a mail with the title 'Would you like to make boomboom with me?' to the actrice? I think she would be very happy...with right! So don't let yourself and the chat here fall on that niveau! It's okay if you think it, but please don't say it. If I were actrice, I would also don't like that. And as woman I really don't like, too!!!:D

I just ignored the BoomBoom comment - for a second I seriously thought you were referring to BoomBoom the drink. Oops.
 
Okay, I'll take the typical away. Really didn't want to say all men think like that. But it was just meant that such things won't be said if there were more women in here. But there are just few. So the chat is male dominated and if men think they are under themselves such 'jokes' fall. Just wanted to remember there are women here whom don't put up with such 'jokes'. That was the sense of the remark...not saying all men are alike. From you for ex. I didn't read such remarks...okay?
 
Eh, while I certainly do not wish to defend the all-too frequent and immature "<Insert WC Actress name here> is the best looking in WC" conversations, I must point out that BoomBoom is the name of a drink :). Well, all right, looking back at the thread, I suppose redwolf was referring to sex with the term BoomBoom. But that's one male.

I've seen a lot of women bitching about sexual discrimination; that seems to essentially be what you're complaining about too, Manjana - that being the case, kindly quit discriminating against us men with all that "typical male" bullshit.
