You're correct. No thrusters on the wings. The thrusters are limited to the rear of the ship, and it uses future tech to stay off the ground when its in an atmosphere (technically, I think its called a 'Minovsky Craft System', but you might as well refer to it as a 'McGuffin Hover System').
Also worth noting is that it isn't really all that big. Any thrusters on the wings would probably be visible on the model. However, if you're REALLY curious, you can always look at the stats of this particular Pegasus-class at Burke's Mecha Domain (in its current home at MAHQ.net).
