I do have my fond memories of that website...

it was way long... when I was just 'in' to WC. I remember visiting them around the WC4 release time... so it should be 1996/7.

They also put a lot of character bios (pretty good ones indeed) and had Blair as the commander of the Armada's TCS Lexington based on Origin's script.
