Ok, I haven't legitimately tried this yet, but I am going to when I get the chance:

Is it possible to not kill any Confed pilots in WC4? Like leech everyone? I'm pretty sure it is impossible, but I want to make sure before I waste my time trying.

It is not possible; you will occasionally run into situations where a previous wave of fighters must be destroyed to continue a mission (ie, Decker won't move forward until a second wave of bombers spawns... and the second wave won't spawn if the previous ships are still on screen).
