Scimitar.......

HCl had a conversion for WCP. Being totally illiterate when it comes to editing, I don't know if the conversion would work with SO, but I don't see why not.
 
It works well enough, the easiest way to fly the Scimitar is to get the file from HCL's site then extract it into the SO ships directory. Run WCPedit and add the ship when it loads, make it a confed ship and swap the ship with an existing one and when you fly a mission with the ship you replaced, you will be flying the scim instead.

It's better yet to have the SO sim, then you won't have to fly the Scim against the bugs in a real mission.
