Ranks removed.

I said the two forces of confed, fleet and space, are different becuase someone said the ranks here are just space forces, which they are not.
 
I said the ranks here are just space forces, but meaning that the only ranks we can get are space forces. I didn't count in the SM because those are the admins.

As an Admiral, Tolwyn wasn't crazy. His crazyness probably goes only as far as BoT. Just because he hated Blair prior to that doesn't make him crazy.
