Question about thrakhath's flagships

Frog Blast the Vent Core!
Was Thrakhath's wc2 flagship the one destroyed by baron jukaga in 2668 when he tried to assassinate thrakhath and the emporer? and just curious why it wasn't in the encyl or the ships database.
I'm just guessing that he moved his flag to the Hvar'kann after BOT and I'm not positive but isn't that the same name as his flagship in wc2? (it's been a long time since I played KS)
I just noticed that it wasn't there the other day and didn't know if there was a reason for it being left out.

No, it's not the same name. I don't exactly remember the name of the flagship from WC2 (perhaps something with 'ha' in the beginning?), but I know for sure that it's wasn't the Hvar'kann.

Thats not a huge leap of faith considering Thrakath's track record with flagships :)

Yeah, the Hvar'kann is the only one that he hadn't managed to get blow-ed up, and that's probably only because he died before then :)

There's no solid answer for what happened to the flagship from WC2 - it wasn't the ship destroyed in Fleet Action, which was a cruiser. It's possible that it's still around and that he simply dumped it for a Hakaga-class ship during the Earth campaign... and then took over one of the new Hvar'kann-class ships after that.

(As an aside, there were plans to model the Hha'ifra in WC2 for the 'lose-win' ending sequence (Gwynedd System)... probably came down to a storage space issue.)

Are you guys going to add it to the ency or ships database?

So many littles things that could have made WC all that much better....

If someone wants me to write a description, I"m happy to.

It was a space issue - back in the day, a game had to fit on a couple of floppy disks.

I always thought the Hha'ifra (the name of his ship in WC2) was some type of fleet carrier, considering how WC2 featured a corvette, destroyer, heavy cruiser, but no carrier.

It bears a striking resemblence to the Rigakh-class cruiser... but all the background stuff I've ever seen calls it a dreadnought.

I always thought it looked a lot like a modified Ralatha. That's just me, I guess. I wonder how many of its design were made . . .

That would def be cool...I always thought it kind of looked like a modified raltha too with the engines and all. Although knowing thrakhath I couldn't see it being anything less than a heavy carrier or dreadnaught.

I remember the days. Most of the floppies have long since been either lost or written over.
