Prophecy HighRes(Enhancement Pack 1) issue with install.exe on XP x64 edition

Install.exe crashes on my XP x64 edition computer. I may work similar to vista if there is a fix for that which has been released.

I have tried compatibility mode and several input options (800x600 and 1280x1024). I am running XP x64, Athlon x2 4200+, 2gb ram 667mhz, XFX 7600 GT XXX vid card.

Have you made sure compatibility is set on every launcher/installer/game exe that comes into play here? There's not a lot of data out there to base 64 bit solutions right now. Does Secret Ops install?
 
I have not tried installing secret ops yet however prophecy itself did install and ran without compatibility set. I believe that compatibility is set but i can double check however it has been tried on the install.exe. I may have had secret ops install before on this pc and it has worked before.
