Prophecy GBA Has Shipped!

So is it worth getting. I mean besides for supporting the WC cause and all, if I already have Prophecy and Prophecy-Gold should I be buying this?
 
You can carry it about and play it... I want it because, hey, Prophecy on the bus! Also, multiplayer. This is slightly moot for me though, since I've never physically met anyone who owns a Gameboy Advance, as far as I know.
 
I know people who own them. It's just that they don't play them in public very much I guess. I've never been one to actually play my gameboy on the move.
 
I play constantly.. in restaurants, school, walking from place to place. It's much easier with the SP because people think it's some sort of mini computer/cell phone/PDA thing. And yeah, if you have Prophecy and Prophecy Gold, you still need Prophecy Advance. The ability to just whip it out and play somewhere easily is great. Multiplayer is a huge bonus too. And I do intend to play TC within a couple months here. There will be at least a few minor additions over the PC version as well..
 
The nice part is that the GBA SP is not only small enough to pack in a pocket, but that the screen's protected by the unit itself. I've found I play GBA more often, now that I can just slip it into a pocket and go. The frontlit screen also helps. :D

Now to FIND WCP GBA...
 
Yeah -- I don't go anywhere without my GBASP and a copy of Pokemon... although I suppose it'll be Prophecy from this afternoon onwards!

I can't wait to pick up my copy, tomorrow. I was getting antsy because I have a looong flight to Boston, MA early Saturday morning. Now I no longer need to worry. I can fly through space and waste bugs for an entire plane ride, layover and another plane ride! Yay!

This may be my best flight ever ;)
 
Don't get your hopes up too much.. Some stores might get it tomorrow.. but all definitely won't (nomatter what the people at the store tell you).
 
I ordered mine through Amazon, so I am all set :cool:

It has probably arrived today but I won't get the notification slip from the PSC to go pick it up until tomorrow afternoon. Of course, I could go and harass them to check if there's a package for me....

Alas, I had to do that with my pre-ordered "special collector's edition" of Robotech: Battlecry!
