Problem upon start up

Hi,

I have just recently encountered a problem with loading the remake, right when 06.png is loading I get the error message that vega strike... has encountered a problem and needs to shut down, send error report to microsoft etc.

Any ideas what might have cause this or better yet how I can fix it without re installing?

Vegastrike sends error reports to Microsoft???

Maybe if you give us the configuration of your PC, OS, Service packs, DirectX version etc. there's something that people can help you with.
 
Okay, so I just re installed privateer and everything works good again.

I saved the save games, but just those, that are in the save folder. Now when I load a game everything comes up, my ship, my money and campaign score. Everything on the ship is gone though. Which file saved that? And since I probably deleted it, can I restore or recreate my ship somehow?

What version of the remake was it? Have you applied any patches?
 
I just downloaded the new hud images and the 1.0 version.

After I reinstalled everything it works again, too. Just that I think
I messed up on the save games I wanted to keep. Would I have had to save more than the save-folder-file, like the exel file? Cause my ship is all empty, weapons, shields, cargo, artifact....argh.

Any ideas for that?
