Privateer RF

I've loaded this on to my computer but I'm getting a fatal error message
1209-ffff

any ideas what causes it?

Ok, first: What OS? Windows 9x? 2k/XP? Maybe Dosbox 0.61? etc.
also maybe your whole setup might help and the config files (autoexec.bat and config.sys for win9x and DOS / dosbox.conf for Dosbox 0.61)

What I don't understand is I can play Privateer.....you helped me with it....but I can't run RF with the same setup.

Ah, I see. Hmm, that'S strange. But on the other hand I don't own RF myself and no idea whether someone else got it running or not with Dosbox 0.61
