Privateer - Alliance Problems...

Ya I guess to some it wasnt all that much of a deal, but to others it affects them alot. The whole point is, how did it all get so out of control? Where would one start to attempt to solve the problem, if it could be fixed at all?

I mean like having drug dogs, security guards, and metal detectors!!
I haven't seen anything like that in Europe, probably because over there obtaining a gun is not as easy...
It is true there are dangerous schools in the suburbs, but all they fight with in the school area, are melee weapons, small knives, the such...

Makes you think about how a totally different world and culture America is...

...but back to WC!! :)
 
Exactly: it started with the guns. A handgun ban, I think, would be the best thing right now. The ban now, after a few years of students being arrested for possession of them in the schools, and so much of it should simmer down. Drug use is a problem, but they can fight that next. I, personally, am in favor of legalizing pot, but that's for another post.

When I went to school (which was only a couple of years ago!), all we worried about was fistfights. No corporal punishment, fortunately. Even then the fistfights were very seldom, but maybe that's just cos I went to a 'selective' school, and was sheltered from violence. :)
